Biography
Kevin is a leader with over two decades’ experience creating value and stewarding change toward desired results. He works to realize the mutual benefits to people, organizations, society, and the world that become possible when we work together under a positive unifying purpose. Kevin’s work puts people as the foundation of organizational effectiveness in the face of accelerating change and growing complexity. Success is achieved through identifying and focusing on a common goal then blending master facilitation, coaching, training design and delivery, teaching, and shaping group dynamics to achieve it. Those who work with him report even brief efforts fundamentally expand their ability to attain desired outcomes.
Complimenting Kevin’s human-centered approaches are tools, practices, and patterns gained as an expert in the field of Lean and Agile Software Development. He has worked across a range of responsibilities including full stack developer and front-end developer for web applications, project manager, product owner, team lead, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Enterprise Agile Coach.
Kevin is sought across sectors from Fortune 500 companies to local grassroots NGOs for his ability to enable leaders, teams, and organizations to achieve catalytic alignment and do exceptional work. In addition to his powerful interventions, he is an engaging public speaker. His talks covering effective leadership and teams in complexity have been delivered at conferences, public events, and within organizations. Kevin is the principal of Interaction Agility, Inc. He holds a Masters Degree in Positive Organizational Development and Change, along with certificates in Appreciative Inquiry and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership and Coaching from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also an authorized trainer for the International Agile Consortium (IC Agile) and a member of the team designing the IC Agile Expert – Enterprise Agile Coaching certification.
