Todd Wilson

Todd is a Certified Enterprise Coach and the leader of 3M Agile Innovation. During the past 13 years, he has lead several major Agile Transformations and racked up over 12,000 hours of team and executive coaching in companies like PayPal, eBay, Prudential, Capital One, General Electric and 3M. He is also a Co-Active Coach with a background in Industrial and Organization Psychology. Over the past five years he worked directly with Scrum Inc and trained with Jeff Sutherland, JJ Sutherland and the Chief of Agile at Toyota Connected Nigel Thrulow. He is an expert in implementing Agile practices in software, hardware hard goods and many organizational functional areas.
